How do I pay a provider?
Directly, the way you agree with them. Pichafiti doesn't handle payments, so we can't refund one. Agree the price and what's included before paying anything.
Does Pichafiti check providers?
No. Look at their portfolio and reviews, and talk to them before you book. Report a profile that looks fake.
How do I list my work?
Sign in, then set up your page: your profile, a few portfolio photos and at least one service.
A photo of me or my work is on Pichafiti. How do I remove it?
Use the Report link on the photo or profile. See removing photos.
How do I delete my account?
Under Account, once signed in.
Staying safe
- Talk by phone or video before meeting someone new.
- For a first meeting, prefer a public place and daylight.
- Don't pay a large deposit before you've spoken and agreed the details.
- Tell someone where you're going and who you're meeting.
- In an emergency, call the police on 999 or 112.
